No substantial claim other than the highly regarded Beaumont radio, Nebraska has been officially offered by the Big 10. Rumor is they have accepted.

Yep I saw that on ESPN as well. Crediting a certain UT website with breaking the story...I wonder when all of this reshuffling will be decided.

When would this actually go into affect? Next season?

I think TCU to the SEC is very much wishful thinking.

Latest rumor I heard...if the Big 12 does indeed implode, Kansas & Kansas State want to pursue a basketball-only membership with the ACC, with all other sports playing in the MWC. Just a rumor.

SEC is very wishful thinking. The aggies I work with are talking about A&M going to the SEC. Also, Colorado is in and Baylor is out (according to this) Suck it Baylor!

I heard that some ESPN reporter was speculating that Governor Perry & the legilature might try to pressure TCU into getting Baylor a spot in the MWC.
